5. Payment & Refunds
A. Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely via Stripe, PayPal, and Squarespace Payments. We do not store your payment information.
B. Refund Policy
Digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
Consulting services are non-refundable, though rescheduling may be possible with 24-hour notice.
Subscription services can be canceled after the initial usage period as defined at time of sale, but no refunds are provided for partial months.

6. Subscription & Auto-Renewal
Subscription-based services auto-renew unless canceled at least 10 days before the next billing cycle. Cancellations must be submitted via email to support@katiedunn.com and take effect at the end of the billing cycle.
7. Account Access and Security
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.
You may not share your login or give others access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if unauthorized access or policy violations occur. Please report unauthorized use to support@katiedunn.com.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including text, images, videos, and digital products—is owned by The Masthead Strategy and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or resell any materials without our written consent.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to:

Violation may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

We make no guarantees about fundraising outcomes or business results.
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the Site or services.
15. Dispute Resolution & Class Action Waiver
Before initiating legal action, you agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting us at support@katiedunn.com. You also agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit and agree to resolve claims individually.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services for violations of these Terms. No refund is due for termination caused by misconduct or breach.
17. Modifications
We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
18. Entire Agreement & Severability
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and The Masthead Strategy. If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains valid and enforceable.
